1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or booking a service with Shree Shyam Cooling Point, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide on-site appliance repair, installation, maintenance and accessory sales for ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves, geysers, water purifiers and televisions across Jamshedpur and nearby areas.
3. Booking & Visit Charges
- A visit/inspection charge is payable at the time of technician’s arrival. The current charge is displayed on our Pricing section.
- The visit charge is waived if you proceed with the repair quoted.
- Final repair pricing is shared on-site before any work begins and requires your verbal or written approval.
4. Spare Parts & Warranty
- All spare parts used are genuine and billed at MRP with original company invoice when applicable.
- Repairs carry a 30-day service warranty covering the same issue under normal usage conditions.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, voltage fluctuations, unauthorised tampering, or unrelated faults.
5. Payment
Payment is collected after the service is completed. We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards and bank transfer. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate address, contact and appliance information at the time of booking.
- Ensure a responsible adult is present at the service location during the technician’s visit.
- Allow safe and reasonable access to the appliance, water and power supply.
7. Cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel a booking by calling or messaging us. Cancellations made after the technician has reached your location are subject to the standard visit charge.
8. Limitation of Liability
Shree Shyam Cooling Point is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from appliance failure beyond the scope of the specific repair performed. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
